About NYCS
New York Club Soccer (NYCS) was founded in 2009 to provide league and tournament play for youth soccer players, teams and clubs in the Tri-State area. Now, as a full-service sports management company, NYCS is a division of EDP Soccer. NYCS assists with the administration of soccer activities for over 23,000 players competing in the expanded version of the North Atlantic Conference managed by EDP Soccer.

USYS North Atlantic Conference Managed by EDP
(Boys & Girls U13-U19)
NYCS supports EDP’s management of the North Atlantic EDP Conference of the US Youth Soccer National League. The US Youth Soccer North Atlantic EDP Conference is one of 13 Conferences under the US Youth Soccer National League in the Multi-State Tier. The North Atlantic EDP Conference consists of teams primarily from Eastern New York and Connecticut.
The North Atlantic EDP Conference will provide regional regular season league play, cup competition and regional/national showcase events, with teams advancing directly into the US Youth Soccer National League and the Regional Championships in the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series (NCS). Club v. club and team v. team models will both be offered at this level.

EDP Premier (Boys & Girls U13-U18/19)
EDP Premier is the top tier of the league schematic. Teams will be flighted appropriately based on their competitive profile and geography with promotion and relegation, and the ability to be promoted to the US Youth North Atlantic EDP Conference.
City Youth League (Boys U9-U12)
The NYCFC youth league clubs participate in meaningful competition and minimize travel for our younger BOYS age groups. The league objective is to improve long term player development. Each season, teams will be promoted and/or relegated based on the results of the prior season.
- All U9-U10 age groups will play 7v7 small sided
- All U11-U12 age groups will play 9v9 small sided
League (Girls U9-U12)
The league offers meaningful competition and minimizes travel for our younger GIRLS age groups. The league objective is to improve long term player development. Each season, teams will be promoted and/or relegated based on the results of the prior season.
- All U9-U10 age groups will play 7v7 small sided
- All U11-U12 age groups will play 9v9 small sided
Futures (Boys & Girls U7-U8)
Futures is the initial stage of the program, establishing a focus on player development and fundamentals in an unpressured environment while instilling a love of the game. Futures is comprised of small-sided games played with a format of festivals and league matches. Coaches manage the game with the objective of encouraging players to take more touches on the ball while controlling play to limit scoring.
